UV Sink Trap

The hospital sink trap is purported to be one of the primary havens for hospital-acquired infectious organisms to germinate. Optimus has designed a sink trap sterilizing system that incorporates two Philips 9 watt light bulbs that penetrate quartz crystal faceplates on either side of the standard sink trap utility. Continuous exposure of the retained fluids within the sink trap by UV lights allows for continuous sterilization of its contents.
