Ozone room sterilization

The ISE™ is the first operating room capable of all-component sterilization through the use of a ceiling-mounted ozone generator. This process will be performed once a week on the weekend. Each room is equipped with two in-wall ozone converters that remove the ozone from the room once the sterilization cycle has been completed. This cycle will take about 3 hours. The doors, cabinets and ventilation systems hermetically seal when the room is “locked down” during the ozone sterilization cycle (4 hours/room).
